Job Summary:ย ย 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist to design, develop, and deliver innovative training programs that empower our retail teams and enhance every step of the client journey. In this critical role, you will create engaging, brand-aligned learning experiences that elevate selling behaviors, reinforce operational excellence, and inspire a culture of continuous growth across our store network.ย 

Responsibilities:ย 

Design & Developmentย 

  • Conduct learning needs assessments toย identifyย skill gaps and performance opportunitiesย 

  • Develop comprehensive training programs focused on selling excellence, brand standards, onboarding, compliance, and systemsย 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Retail Ops, Merchandising, HR) to ensure content aligns with business priorities and reflects brand voiceย 

Delivery & Implementationย 

  • Facilitateย impactful in-person and virtual training sessions, including leadership development, onboarding, and learning refreshersย 

  • Lead train-the-trainer sessions to empower field leaders to deliver consistent and effective store-level learningย 

  • Partner with regional and district leaders to pilot and scale new learning initiativesย 

Program Evaluation & Continuous Improvementย 

  • Measure training effectiveness through participant feedback, knowledge assessments, and performance metricsย 

  • Use learning data and store KPIs to evaluate impact and refine training strategiesย 

  • Stay informed on learning trends, tools, and retail best practices to continuously evolve the L&D approachย 

Requirements:ย 

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Education, Retail Management, or related fieldย 

  • 5โ€“7 years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, and retail trainingย 

  • Exceptional facilitation and communication skills across in-person and digital platformsย 

  • Previousย experience in fashion retail or working closely with store teams highly preferredย 

  • Detail-oriented and organized, with strong project management capabilitiesย 

  • Agile, collaborative, and passionate about creating meaningful learning experiencesย 

  • Proficient in modern learning technologies and digital content developmentย 

Travel Requirements:ย 

  • Up to 25% travel to retail locations for training delivery and field supportย

Salary:ย The target salary for this role isย betweenย $90,000ย andย $100,000ย based onย candidates'ย experience and expectations.ย
