  • Support the development, rollout, and implementation of ad hoc training initiatives and broader team learning strategies as needed. This includes, but is not limited to, live in-person events and training days.
  • Act as a strategic partner on incoming training requests, guiding stakeholders through thorough needs analyses to align solutions with business objectives and compliance requirements.

  • Partner with SMEs to translate complex, technical, or operational content into clear, scalable, and learner-friendly training pathways.
  • Own the administration, maintenance, and adoption of the LMS (WorkRamp), ensuring accurate content uploads, SME training, attendee tracking, and completion reporting.
  • Own the implementation and maintenance of key performance and growth tools (e.g., 30-60-90 day plans, Lattice 1:1s, Growth Tool), leading the internal rollout of new tools as required.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, metrics, and performance indicators (such as post-session surveys and focus groups), and analyze training data to identify trends or gaps.
  • Share best practices, generate insights for stakeholders, and implement continuous improvements to increase program impact, quality, and scalability.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • 3-5 years of experience in talent development, instructional design, or corporate training delivery.
  • Proven track record of facilitating engaging live virtual training sessions for diverse audiences using platforms like Zoom and Google Meet.

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment; demonstrates self-motivation, strong adaptability, and comfort with ambiguity when business needs or priorities shift.
