You'll help sharpen execution on critical learning initiatives, bring clarity and insight to our leaders, and elevate the support we provide to our field administrators. WHAT YOU'LL BE TRACKING
Driving results, refining systems, and keeping our learning initiatives on course
  • Drive standardization and operational efficiency across the Learning & Development organization
  • Analyze LMS data to measure learner engagement and program effectiveness
  • Track, report, and tell the story behind key L&D performance metrics (KPIs)
  • Present insights to leaders in a clear, compelling, and visually engaging way
  • Build and manage the annual training calendar and major project plans, adjusting timelines and resources as business needs evolve
  • Manage the Learning Management System and related training tools to support enterprise objectives
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for training processes, procedures, and workflows
  • Partner with HRIS and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration
  • Manage and collaborate with external training vendors
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify opportunities to improve learning systems, programs, and processes
  • Continuously enhance HR Field Support processes to deliver a smooth, compliant experience for Outfitters
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in learning and development

GEAR YOU'LL NEED
Skills, experience, and know-how to succeed in the field
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience administering an LMS and driving process improvement (Workday preferred)
  • Solid understanding of learning and development concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with experience navigating complex systems
  • Familiarity with learning data visualization tools (Power BI, dashboards, Excel)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, build effective plans, and execute with precision
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root-cause analysis
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively to leaders, managers, vendors, and Outfitters
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate, build relationships, and influence across all levels of the organization
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and continuous change
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and quick to learn
