Are you an ambitious Program Manager looking for a dynamic role? BAE Systems' Countermeasures & Attack Solutions (CEMA) Business Area is looking for a highly motivated Program Manager in the Integrated Survivability Solutions (ISS) Product Line. This role is in the new Advanced Optical Systems (AOS) product area and will be focused on the technical development through fielding of state of the EO/IR capabilities and accelerating technology transitions from our FAST Labs R&D business.
Because this role involves a highly classified portfolio requiring collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of full-time onsite in New Hampshire.

Required Skills and Education
  • US Citizen, Secret Clearance with ability to achieve TS/SCI/SAP/SAR.
  • Experience as a Project manager responsible for all aspects of project objectives (performance, quality, schedule, cost)
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and lead multi-functional teams
  • Financial acumen with the ability to analyze and manage budgets effectively (EVMS)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate complex information effectively to executive audiences
  • Experience in managing and overseeing subcontractor relationships
  • Experience in Risks and Opportunities (R&O) management to drive project success
  • Willingness and flexibility for travel across various locations
  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business-related discipline and a minimum of 5 years of experience leading technical and program teams

Preferred Skills and Education
  • Active Top Secret Clearance with ability to achieve SCI/SAP/SAR
  • Dynamic program management experience transitioning through phases of the lifecycle, with expertise in program launch, technology transition and/or transition to production
  • Demonstrated mastery of life-cycle management and risk & opportunity management processes
  • Experience working collaboratively across the business and with suppliers
  • Experience in managing complex capital projects
  • Master's degree in technical discipline
  • Leadership development program or other high potential employee recognition
