Job Responsibilities
The Marketing Manager, Sales Enablement is a strategic liaison between the Sales, Marketing, and Product teams focused on lead generation and advancement with the ultimate goal of client engagement and revenue growth. The Marketing Manager must have excellent written, visual, and presentation skills to help communicate concepts in a professional and persuasive way with a focus on metrics - being responsible for measuring, monitoring, and improving all aspects of the product and sales campaign engagement efforts.

  • Works closely with Sales and Product teams, define buyer personas and determine segmented market messages
  • Creates and implement integrated B2B campaigns that highlight Crossover positioning and differentiation, drive brand awareness, and lead generation/advancement
  • Defines campaign objectives, target audiences, strategies/tactics, creative deliverables, timeline, budget, and performance measures
  • Works closely with Sales team to provide the marketing elements they need to successfully participate in pitches, conferences, panels, RFPs and prospecting activities that align with the typical buying process
  • Creates high-value written content to educate the sales team and prospects/clients such as case studies, white papers, collateral, competitive information sheets, demo scripts
  • Manages the sales enablement content repository and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need
  • Facilitates sales training including competitive threats, related industry news, and best use of marketing and sales enablement materials
  • Partners with Sales Operations to plan and execute industry events
  • Hires, coaches, and develops staff. Assists in onboarding and training new team members. Encourages continuing professional education and development to enhance learning and growth
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) with 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing and/or sales (direct sales experience strongly preferred)
  • Experience developing effective marketing materials for sales and account teams that contribute to revenue growth
  • Prior healthcare services experience, either directly within healthcare setting or through prior consulting work or health plan experience
  • Superior written, verbal, and visual communication skills and can perform well with clients, partners, vendors, and other related parties; skilled in working and communicating adeptly with various different departments
  • Creative and strategic thinker, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while functioning as a member of a highly collaborative, distributed, and cross-functional team
  • Experience working with external agencies and creative teams
  • Solid understanding and experience in a wide variety of digital, social media, and channel communications preferred
  • Proficient in general Apple Software, Google Productivity suite, Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to work both collaboratively and independently
  • Comfortable in fast pace environment and can manage tasks independently
