Position Overview
  • Conduct onboarding, workshops, seminars and training sessions for internal users (onsite & virtual).
  • Design, develop, and deliver scalable IT and product training programs that support multiple learning levels, roles, and learning styles.
  • Create, adapt, and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, facilitator guides, digital/eLearning content, and hands-on demonstrations.
  • Conduct training needs analyses and performance gap assessments in partnership with global stakeholders, HR, business leaders, managers, system owners, and SMEs.
  • Partner with Product, PMO, IT and other cross-functional teams to support technology rollouts, feature upgrades, digital transformation initiatives, and other projects.
  • Collect and analyze feedback, monitor employee performance, assess training effectiveness, and improve training programs based on engagement, understanding, recurring issues, KPIs, ROI, and learner impact.
  • Maintain current knowledge of products, services, industry trends, and emerging technologies, including responsible AI usage and ongoing enablement.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 4+ years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
