  • Support development of evolutionary and mature filtration technology roadmaps, new media innovations, and platform strategies applying industry trends and technical advancements
  • Coordinate engineering builds, pilot runs, first-article evaluations, and PPAP-style verification, following structured NPD gate processes
  • Establish and validate system-level requirements using DVP&R, lab testing, accelerated aging, and contaminant-removal performance evaluations
  • Lead multi-functional engineering teams and mentor associate engineers, subsystem engineers, and co-ops as needed
  • Conduct design risk assessments (DFMEA, systems FMEA, etc.) owning specifications and design tradeoffs
  • Drive technical issue resolution on complex filtration or performance-related problems, including root-cause discovery and corrective action
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Compliance, Architecture, Water Quality, Operations, and external suppliers to enable seamless transition to production and alignment with Platform and Product roadmaps.

  • Experience with filtration media development and water-treatment technologies including activated carbon, ion exchange, and membranes
  • Previous experience in a system engineering practitioner, or product engineering role with knowledge of systems engineering tools, techniques, and standard methodologies
  • Outstanding soft skills with excellent written and verbal communication capabilities, able to collaborate, interact, and influence business and technical partners and leaders at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent analytical and structured problem-solving skills along with the ability to simplify complex problems
  • Experience with engineering modeling software CAD software (preferably Creo) and FEA
