What You'll Do

Support Business Development Success

  • Partner closely with our Business Development Managers and leadership team to support strategic growth initiatives.
  • Prepare business development reports, scorecards and activity tracking that help drive informed decisions.
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, follow-up communications and leadership initiatives.
  • Support business development strategy sessions and leadership communications.

Drive Lead Generation & CRM Excellence

  • Build, maintain and continually improve prospect and client records within our CRM.
  • Research target companies and develop detailed account profiles.
  • Create targeted prospect lists and audience segmentation for outreach campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate sales data, pipeline reporting and lead management processes.

Marketing & Communications

  • Coordinate business development email campaigns and targeted communications.
  • Assist with social media initiatives that strengthen the Rightsize brand and industry presence.

Event Planning & Industry Engagement

  • Help coordinate networking events, lunch & learns, trade shows and client experiences.
  • Support our business development team before, during and after industry events.
  • Create promotional materials, attendee communications and event content including photography and video.

Market Research & Strategic Growth

  • Monitor market activity, identify emerging opportunities and support strategic prospecting initiatives.
  • Analyze lead data and market trends to help uncover new business opportunities.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve business development processes and operational efficiency.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience supporting business development, sales, marketing or CRM administration.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (NetSuite preferred).
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with social media and marketing platforms is preferred
  • Experience in the commercial interiors industry is preferred
