The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building, and maintaining caring relationships with potential clients, and developing learning and consulting strategies to help our clients grow and gain a competitive advantage. Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to attract new clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions for clients
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
  • Track and report on sales performance and market trends

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales
  • High level of curiosity, integrity, and likeability factors
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Salesforce CRM software

Compensation Range (Offer will be based on experience level):
Base salary of $45,000.00 to $70,000.00 USD plus attractive uncapped incentive package. Earnings for your first year are estimated at $80K - $120K (Base + Incentive).
