Tree of Life Early Learning Center in Laurel, MD is looking for a passionate and nurturing Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our dedicated team! In this role, you'll have the incredible opportunity to shape the earliest and most formative years of a child's life in a warm, supportive environment. Responsibilities:
  • Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for infants and toddlers
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
  • Monitor and document each child's developmental milestones and daily progress
  • Maintain open, consistent communication with parents and guardians regarding their child's care and development
  • Follow daily routines including feeding, diapering, napping, and play schedules
  • Ensure classroom cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create a cohesive, positive learning community
Requirements:
