As Lambda continues its rapid growth, we are expanding our corporate development function to drive strategic growth initiatives, partnerships, and M&A opportunities in data centers and real infrastructure.
We are seeking a Corporate Development Associate to play a key role in managing and executing the company's end-to-end acquisition and strategic investment activities on the real asset / digital infrastructure side of our business. This high-impact role will collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities and execute transactions that support Lambda's long-term vision.
What You'll Do
  • Support the identification, evaluation, and execution of M&A, strategic investments, and partnerships to expand our portfolio of land-power-shell assets.
  • Work cross-functionally with our data center infrastructure, site selection, strategic finance, and legal teams on deal execution.
  • Lead financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence on potential transactions.
  • Conduct strategic and financial evaluation of M&A and investment opportunities; communicate findings in business case memos and executive presentations.
  • Track industry trends, competitive dynamics, and potential market opportunities to inform corporate development strategy, and keep stakeholders updated on the evolving ecosystem.
  • Develop investment theses and market analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that enhance our product offerings, distribution channels, or technology stack.

You
  • 4-5 years of M&A experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development, with a specific focus on data centers, digital infrastructure, and real estate
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation and analytical skills: specifically, experience building real estate development models, merger models, and accretion/dilution analysis
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to synthesize market data into actionable insights and drive high-impact decisions.
  • Excellent presentation and communication abilities, with experience presenting to executives and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balancing multiple complex projects.
  • Deep interest in AI, cloud infrastructure, and emerging technology trends-prior experience in the machine learning or GPU computing space is a strong plus.
