Marketing & Business Development Assistant

Red Bank, NJ | Full-Time | In Office


Keefe Law Firm is seeking a motivated Marketing Assistant to support the firm's marketing efforts and help execute a wide variety of projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who wants to gain hands-on experience, build valuable skills, and grow professionally.

Working directly with firm leadership and our outside marketing partners, you will help coordinate marketing initiatives, manage projects from start to finish, and ensure that ideas develop into completed, high-quality work. We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and eager to contribute, not just by completing assignments, but by identifying opportunities to improve processes.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage leads and intakes to track new cases
  • Coordinate and execute marketing projects from planning through completion
  • Assist with website updates, social media, and digital marketing initiatives
  • Create, edit, and proofread marketing materials and firm communications
  • Organize sponsorships, events, and community outreach activities
  • Research marketing trends, competitors, and new opportunities
  • Track project progress and help ensure deadlines are met
  • Perform a variety of marketing and administrative tasks that support the firm's business development efforts


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of marketing experience, internships, or equivalent practical experience
