YOUR IMPACT

The Learning Design & Delivery Associate / Vice President will lead the design, development, and delivery of advisor learning experiences across Private Wealth Management. This role is responsible for creating scalable, practical, and impactful training content that supports advisor growth, productivity, and professional development. The individual will partner closely with advisors and business leaders to identify development needs, enhance learning resources, and translate field insights into relevant curriculum and knowledge materials. This role is best suited for a creative and relationship-oriented professional who enjoys developing content, facilitating learning, and helping advisors build the skills needed to succeed.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
  • Design, develop, and maintain advisor training curriculum, learning pathways, and development content aligned to business priorities
  • Create practical resources, tools, job aids, and knowledge materials that support advisor growth and effectiveness
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance learning content to ensure relevance, adoption, and impact
  • Deliver training and development programming across regional offices through both virtual and in-person formats
  • Serve as a subject matter resource for advisor development content, learning frameworks, and training best practices
  • Partner directly with advisors and field leadership to assess development needs, identify knowledge gaps, and gather feedback on learning experiences
  • Translate advisor feedback, field observations, and emerging business needs into new content, resources, and curriculum enhancements
  • Collaborate with Talent Strategy, business leaders, and subject matter experts to design and implement learning solutions
  • Incorporate industry trends, advisor best practices, and AI-enabled tools into learning experiences and resource materials
  • Measure content effectiveness through participation, feedback, and knowledge assessment data, leveraging insights to continuously improve learning outcomes
  • Maintain centralized content libraries and resource repositories to ensure advisors have access to current and relevant materials
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Strategy, Training, Wealth Management, Business Management, or a related field
  • Experience designing instructional content, curriculum, training materials, or learning experiences
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with comfort delivering training to diverse audiences
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into practical, advisor-friendly content and resources
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to partner effectively with advisors, business leaders, and subject matter experts
  • Excellent written communication and content development capabilities
  • Demonstrated ability to gather feedback, identify themes, and convert insights into actionable learning solutions
  • Highly organized with strong project management and execution skills
  • Creative, innovative, and continuously focused on improving the learner experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Knowledge of wealth management, advisor development, business development, or financial services preferred

Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, NY, United States-based position is $125000-$250000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
