If you are passionate about learning, stakeholder partnership, and delivering measurable results, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Job Summary

As a Learning Lead III on the Commercial Banking Learning team, you will deploy best-in-class training for front office professionals. You will partner closely with business leaders, subject matter experts, and internal stakeholders to develop, launch, facilitate, and continuously enhance learning programs that strengthen employee capabilities and business performance. You will serve as a trusted learning advisor, translating business priorities into learner-centered experiences that are scalable, practical, measurable, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior business stakeholders and subject matter experts to conduct needs analyses, establish learner-centered objectives, develop training strategies, and execute learning programs.

  • Own the end-to-end development and delivery of learning programs, including curriculum design, content curation, facilitation planning, logistics, speaker preparation, post-program activities, and evaluation.

  • Design and deliver scalable learning experiences that drive consistency while supporting audience-specific customization across lines of business, markets, industries, and learner groups.

  • Facilitate and moderate in-person and virtual learning experiences while supporting participants, stakeholders, and facilitators throughout program delivery.

  • Serve as a trusted learning advisor by translating business priorities into practical, high-impact training solutions that support measurable outcomes.

  • Develop and continuously improve training materials, case studies, facilitator guides, communications, accessibility enhancements, and learner resources.

  • Manage participant enrollment, program communications, stakeholder updates, and learning logistics to ensure a seamless learner experience.

  • Partner with conference centers, Training Administration, facilitators, and business stakeholders to coordinate facilities, technology, materials, and program operations.

  • Create, manage, analyze, and communicate learning metrics, survey feedback, and executive-level reporting to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

  • Establish and share best practices while coaching facilitators, colleagues, and business partners on learning design, facilitation, measurement, stakeholder engagement, and presentation effectiveness.

  • Support additional strategic learning initiatives, market-based training strategies, professional development programs, and special projects as needed.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, learning program delivery, training operations, or a related business support function.

  • Learning & Development, Banking, Commercial Banking, Credit, or equivalent business experience, with the ability to build credibility with front-office professionals and senior stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated success designing, launching, and facilitating complex learning programs involving multiple audiences, locations, speakers, logistics, and stakeholder groups.

  • Strong strategic thinking and needs analysis skills, with the ability to connect business priorities to learner-centered objectives, practical training solutions, and measurable outcomes.

  • Proven ability to build trusted advisory relationships with senior leaders, stakeholders, facilitators, and colleagues, including the ability to influence, challenge constructively, and iterate based on feedback.

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities while maintaining strong organization, accountability, judgment, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across virtual, hybrid, and in-person environments while coaching and partnering with colleagues to strengthen team effectiveness.

  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to create polished learning materials, learner communications, and executive-ready presentations.

  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to leverage learning data, survey feedback, and business input to assess impact, identify trends, and recommend improvements.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, SurveyMonkey or similar survey tools, Adobe, Zoom, and collaboration platforms used to deliver and manage training programs.

  • Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and a willingness to leverage new technologies to enhance productivity, effectiveness, learner engagement, and program outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience facilitating leadership, professional skills, banking, credit, or front-office training programs for senior audiences.

  • Experience using Kirkpatrick or similar measurement approaches to evaluate learning effectiveness, analyze data, and communicate outcomes to stakeholders.

  • Experience developing scalable training resources, market-based learning solutions, or self-service learning ecosystems.

  • Experience coaching facilitators, colleagues, or business partners on speaker preparation, presentation flow, learner engagement, and facilitation best practices.

  • Demonstrated ability to improve existing learning materials and programs through feedback, iteration, stakeholder partnership, and data-informed decision-making.

  • Executive presence and demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, facilitate discussions, and build strong business relationships.

  • Commercial Banking, financial statement, credit, deposits, treasury, or related financial services knowledge, with an interest in deepening financial acumen over time.
