As Senior Manager, Knowledge Management, you'll lead a team focused on creating clear, impactful learning and documentation for goeasy's frontline. The role oversees LMS and content strategy, driving continuous improvements in engagement, effectiveness, and overall enablement. This includes building scalable programs that support employees from entry-level roles through to leadership, helping them develop the skills needed to succeed and grow into management positions.

You'll also contribute to the broader knowledge management strategy, using data and insights to connect learning solutions to business objectives and enhance frontline performance and development.

What will you be doing?

  • Support the field team in building a strong understanding of the business, products, and customers to help maximize performance and career growth at goeasy.
  • Partner with leaders across the organization to understand business objectives, identify gaps in capabilities and performance, and apply knowledge strategies to address them.
  • Leverage tools, technologies, and methodologies to guide the development of engaging, challenging, and meaningful learning content that drives frontline success.
  • Demonstrate strong judgment in visual and editorial standards, learning design, and stakeholder management practices.
  • Collaborate with team members and partners to stay current on emerging research and trends in communications, knowledge management, and adult learning.
  • Work cross-functionally with Support Centre teams and subject matter experts to ensure high-quality execution of programs and initiatives.
  • Partner closely with the Director, Knowledge Management and Channel Enablement leadership team to shape strategy, develop and deliver content, and evaluate impact.
  • Lead the coordination and delivery of learning and knowledge management initiatives, incorporating ongoing feedback to continuously improve program effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement measurement strategies to assess learner impact and program success.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of learning initiatives, ensuring alignment to timelines, objectives, and business priorities.

What experience do you have?

  • Several years of experience designing and executing learning and enablement strategies, including microlearning; sales, retail, or call centre experience is an asset.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver blended learning programs and large-scale knowledge initiatives that build long-term capability and demonstrate measurable impact.
  • Strong learning agility and adaptability, with the ability to quickly assess new environments, identify gaps, and apply innovative, data-driven solutions grounded in audience insight and user experience.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends in learning, communications, and enablement, with a strategic and analytical mindset to translate insights into actionable outcomes.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, managing risk, and working proactively with limited direction.
  • Effective collaborator with experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities to design and deliver practical solutions.
  • Strong planning and project management skills, including structuring initiatives, managing timelines, and anticipating risks.
  • Ability to translate data into clear insights, storytelling, and measurable business results.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with a focus on clarity and plain language.

$115,000.00 - $143,750.00 CAD (includes base salary and bonus)
