This includes assessing workforce characteristics, evaluating existing practices, identifying organizational best practices (benchmarking), and conducting analysis of current HC policies and procedures to recommend improvements.Human Capital Analyst III assist in the development, refinement, and promotion of workforce development initiatives. This includes supporting a rotational assignment program, training opportunities, mentoring coordination, and up to six (6) diversity events per year to foster a culture of continuous learning.Assist with the design and implementation of processes to collect and analyze HC data. Produce research, reports, and studies to measure intellectual capital and support data-driven decision-making.Provide administrative support, including preparing briefings, tracking issues, and planning meetings. Human Capital Analyst III assist in coordinating and developing content for ONR Human Capital websites (e.g., iConnect) and other multimedia capabilities.Other duties as assignedKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):Possesses strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with DoD property accountability regulations and FIAR standards.Minimum/General Experience:Prior experience with asset management systems (DPAS, ERP).Prior experience supporting government audits or compliance programs.Minimum Education:High school diploma required.
