Job Summary

The Talent Development and Learning Analyst oversees and optimizes core Talent Development Systems and will execute talent development campaigns to drive visibility and engagement while ensuring consistent, high-quality program delivery.

Essential Functions

  • Talent Development Systems & Platforms:
    • Oversee and optimize the TD technology ecosystem (LMS, LXP, performance, succession, TMP, Immerse, SharePoint, compliance systems).
    • Maintain a technology roadmap and assess system updates for impact, scalability, and user experience.
    • Configure systems, manage workflows, troubleshoot and resolve system or data issues.
    • Curate, publish, and maintain learning content (courses, playlists, curricula) to ensure quality and relevance.
    • Create learning pathways, communities, and channels to support skills, roles, and career growth.
    • Identify and maintain job skills profiles for all AEG jobs within Cornerstone
    • Monitor integrations and data feeds to ensure accuracy and timely issue resolution. 
    • Set up governance, documentation, and user guidance.
    • Provide technical support and training to users and administrators.
  • Program Delivery Management:
    • Ensure consistent program delivery by managing logistics, enrollments, pre/post work, evaluations, and completion tracking.
  • Communication & Marketing Plan Execution:
    • Ensure clear, consistent Talent Development communications across channels.
    • Execute campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and action.
    • Track and evaluate campaigns, and implement improvements to increase effectiveness.
  • Reporting & Insights:
    • Design and maintain dashboards to monitor program performance, uncover trends, and drive data-informed decisions.
    • Analyze key metrics to evaluate engagement, adoption, and skill development, identifying opportunities for improvement.
    •  Maintain high data quality and integrity across systems to ensure accurate, reliable insights.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS Degree (4-year) in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • 2-4 years experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, HR Operations, or related field
  • Experience working in a corporate environment
  • Experience with talent processes (performance, succession, development, internal mobility)
  • Experience administering and optimizing enterprise systems (Cornerstone Galaxy preferred)
  • Experience building reports/dashboards and generating insights (preferred)
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-focused with an emphasis on employee experience
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships across all levels
  • Effective at managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Curious and adaptable, with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, CoPilot)
  • Analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights
  • Knowledge of organizational hierarchies, job families, and career development pathways is preferred 

Pay Scale: $73,000.00 - $82,000

Bonus: This position is eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
