Job Summary
The Learning & Development Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and building high-quality learning solutions that translate established learning strategies and architectures into engaging, scalable, and impactful learner experiences. This role executes within the development lifecycle, owning how solutions are brought to life through strong instructional design application, visual storytelling, and technical development (primarily Articulate suite and Vyond). This role ensures that solutions are built with input from SMEs and stakeholders, meeting quality requirements, aligned to enterprise standards, and optimized for learner engagement and real-world application.
Required Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in instructional design, performance consulting, and/or development
  • OR 6 years of experience in instructional design, performance consulting, and/or development.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and emerging instructional design trends.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of instructor-led and eLearning design.
  • Effective communication in visual, verbal, and written form
  • Technical aptitude and analytical skill set.
  • Sound inductive and deductive reasoning.
  • Analyze information and evaluate results to identify appropriate solutions.
  • Overcome obstacles by developing solutions to meet individual and departmental goals.
  • Ability to work with multiple internal and external customers, senior management, subject matter experts.

Preferred Job Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in human resource development, Organizational Development, or Instructional Design
  • Familiarity with Learning & Talent Management Systems
  • 1 year learning and development experience in a corporate or business setting

This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote.

Base Pay Range
