Job description

What you’ll Do
  • The Instructional Designer will play a critical role in designing, developing, and optimizing learning experiences that drive business impact.
  • This role focuses on creating engaging, scalable, and effective training content using modern instructional design principles, digital learning tools, and emerging technologies.
  • You will collaborate with stakeholders to develop training solutions that enhance associate development and align with business objectives.
  • Design and develop engaging learning content using a variety of formats, including e-learning, instructor-led training (ILT), virtual training, and blended learning.
  • Apply instructional design best practices to create interactive and effective learning experiences that drive knowledge retention and skill development.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to assess training needs, define learning objectives, and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
  • Leverage digital learning platforms (e.g., LMS, e-learning authoring tools) to develop and deploy training content efficiently.
  • Evaluate and improve training effectiveness by gathering feedback, analyzing learning outcomes, and making data-driven recommendations.
  • Utilize multimedia tools (graphics, video, simulations, gamification, etc.) to enhance the learning experience.
  • Stay ahead of emerging learning technologies (VR, AI, mobile learning) and recommend innovative solutions to improve training effectiveness.
  • Ensure brand consistency and quality standards in all instructional materials.
Requirements We Look For:
  • Associate’s degree
  • 3 years of experience in Learning & Development or HR
  • Strong instructional design expertise, including knowledge of adult learning theories and other design models.
  • Experience with digital learning tools, such as Articulate 360, Synthesia, Adobe CC, Vyond, Camtasia, or similar elearning software.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and experience in deploying and managing online courses.
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into engaging, effective learning solutions.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally to align learning strategies with business goals
