Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Locations: Texarkana, TX/AR & Atlanta, TX.

Texarkana Therapy Center is expanding our ABA program and is seeking compassionate, energetic, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team in both Texarkana and Atlanta. RBTs work directly with children diagnosed with autism and related developmental disabilities, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). RBTs provide direct ABA services, collect data, teach communication and daily living skills, and support meaningful progress for children and families. 
What You'll Do:
  •  Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in clinic and community-based settings. 
  •  Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA. 
  •  Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and adaptive living skills. 
  •  Collect accurate session data and complete daily documentation. 
  •  Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and interdisciplinary team members. 
  •  Maintain a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment.
  •  Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
     
Qualifications:
  •  Current RBT certification preferred. 
  •  High school diploma or equivalent required. 
  •  Experience working with children preferred.
  •  Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. 
  •  Ability to actively engage with children throughout therapy sessions. 
  •  Reliable transportation and ability to pass required background screenings.
