The TradePMR team empowers financial professionals with innovative technology and unparalleled support tailored to the unique needs of the RIA community. We are a custodial services and technology provider offering a robust platform including portfolio management, digital account opening, and advanced trading tools to help advisors streamline operations and grow their practices.
As Business Development Partner, you will have a proven track record of successfully building strong relationships with Independent RIA firms and the ability to influence key decision makers to transition their custodial services to the TradePMR platform
This role is based in our Chicago, IL, Clearwater, FL, Westlake, TX office(s), with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

What you'll do
  • You will conduct compelling and informative demonstrations of the Fusion custodial services technology platform to Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs).
  • You will assist with the management of the HubSpot CRM system by accurately inputting client data, creating segmented contact lists, and helping to automate sales processes.
  • You will provide essential support to the sales team by collaborating on scheduling appointments, preparing sales collateral, and handling various administrative tasks.
  • You will continuously maintain up-to-date product knowledge to answer technical and functional questions from prospects and collaborate with the product development team to share client feedback and insights.
  • You will contribute to company growth by generating reports to analyze demo and sales activity performance, and by building and maintaining strong relationships with both potential and existing clients.
What you bring
  • You bring a strong understanding of custodial services and the Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) industry.
  • You are proficient in using CRM systems, with experience in HubSpot being preferred.
  • You possess excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • You are able to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  • You demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.
Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.

$136,000-$160,000 USD
Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL)
$120,000-$141,000 USD
Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL)
$107,000-$125,000 USD
