Position Summary

The Organization Development & Employee Experience Director provides strategic leadership for the Polynesian Cultural Center's efforts to strengthen organizational capability, employee engagement, workplace culture, and leadership effectiveness. This role leads organization-wide initiatives that enhance the employee experience while supporting the development of leaders, teams, and the organization as a whole. The Director also provides strategic direction and oversight for the Learning & Development team and programs that support the PCC's mission and values.

What You'll Do

  • Lead employee engagement initiatives that strengthen culture, employee experience, and retention.
  • Direct the PCC's employee engagement and listening strategy, including surveys, focus groups, recognition initiatives, and workforce analytics.
  • Provide strategic direction to the Learning & Development Manager and team.
  • Partner with executive and department leaders on employee engagement and organizational effectiveness plans.
  • Lead organization-wide culture, change management, and team effectiveness initiatives.
  • Assist with complex employee relations matters and coach managers on addressing workplace concerns.
