This role is responsible for developing structured learning materials and facilitating training engagements that enable staff, managers, and subject matter experts to effectively adopt new policies, workflows, and operational practices. The ideal candidate combines strong instructional design capabilities with practical facilitation skills and the ability to translate complex processes into clear, accessible training content. This individual must be comfortable working with diverse stakeholder groups, developing structured learning frameworks, and supporting change management initiatives that drive long-term operational improvements. Key Responsibilities Design and develop role-based training programs that support organizational initiatives, operational changes, and policy implementation. Create structured training materials including curricula, presentations, job aids, guides, and reference documentation. Develop instructional frameworks that translate complex policies, procedures, and workflows into practical training content. Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and knowledge transfer engagements for staff, managers, and subject matter experts. Support organizational change management initiatives by helping teams understand and adopt new operational practices. Collaborate with project leadership and subject matter experts to ensure training materials accurately reflect updated policies and processes.
