The Role . As the Business Development Manager (BDM), you will be revenue-owning and responsible for converting qualified opportunities into active corporate FX and payments clients. This role represents the transition from pipeline creation to full commercial ownership. You will manage opportunities end-to-end-from discovery through onboarding and the first trade-working closely with Dealers, Credit and Compliance to structure solutions and deliver a strong client experience.
Your Mission . Own and convert qualified opportunities into revenue while building trusted, long-term corporate client relationships.
  • Manage opportunities end-to-end from discovery through onboarding and first trade.
  • Run structured discovery to understand FX exposure, payment flows and risk management needs.
  • Lead solution positioning, pricing discussions and deal conversion.
  • Partner with Dealers, Credit and Compliance to execute deals efficiently and compliantly.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting and CRM hygiene.
  • Represent Xe at events, webinars and partner activities as required.

What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years' experience in B2B sales, business development, or a customer-facing commercial role.
  • Working knowledge of global markets, interest rates and their impact on the FX market highly preferred.
  • Ability to utilize technology to broaden the reach of the lead generation activities and identify buyers' intent through the conversion funnel.
  • Confidence engaging business owners, CFOs and senior finance stakeholders.
  • Strong commercial discipline and ability to progress deals through the full sales cycle.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to listen, discover needs and articulate value.
  • Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools to manage activity, pipeline and reporting.
  • High ownership, resilience and a collaborative, team-first approach.
