Job description

Salary Range: $63,500 - $90,000 The Subrogation Team Manager - Arbitration is responsible for leading a team of Arbitration Specialists by developing, motivating, mentoring, guiding, and supporting the team's activities to ensure a quality work product, client satisfaction and exceptional recovery results. Position is hybrid in our Bloomington, IL office. RESPONSIBILITIES Supervisory responsibilities include overseeing a team of Specialists, preparation of scorecards, work inventory audits, enforcement of department/company policies on attendance, disciplinary procedures, hiring, recognition, as well as the advanced training and skill development of Specialists (includes annual performance appraisal process). Handles escalated calls/situations, promptly responds to inquiries from staff to ensure maximum departmental performance and client satisfaction.

Mentor team of specialists, answering daily emails and questions from the floor. REQUIREMENTS Five years of relevant Subrogation and /or Insurance experience is required. * Working experience with Arbitration Forums products E-Subro Hub, Total Recovery Solution (TRS) is preferred.

Associate degree preferred. Adjuster license preferred. * Previous supervisory experience strongly preferred.

Ability to motivate and drive maximum department collections and develop new and improved techniques to ensure achievement of Afni and client goals. Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills are required. * Proficiency with Microsoft office applications and windows systems are preferred.
