About the roleLeads the design, execution and evaluation of enterprise-wide learning and talent development initiatives, aligned to organizational strategy. Collaborates across the enterprise to assess needs, define priorities, and deliver innovative, cohesive, scalable learning and development solutions to meet those needs. Advances the talent strategy by integrating learning, development and workforce capabilities into a cohesive operating model that drives engagement and sustained organizational performance. Translates business strategy into actionable roadmaps while managing program performance, resources and outcomes.How does this role make an impact?
  • Designs and evolves the enterprise learning and development operating model, including governance, decision rights, roles and processes to enable consistency, scalability and business aligned execution.

  • Manages talent development programs and processes, such as talent assessment, succession planning, performance management and leadership development.

  • Oversees the selection, development and delivery of learning solutions, including instructor-led, virtual, blended, and digital learning experiences. Manages external vendors, consultants, and learning platforms as applicable.

  • Establishes and governs enterprise talent and learning metrics, leveraging insights and workforce analytics to inform decision-making, assess capability gaps, measure impact and demonstrate return on investment.

  • Leads change management and adoption strategies for enterprise talent initiatives, ensuring alignment, engagement, and sustained behavior change across the organization.

  • Leads and prioritizes multiple complex initiatives simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Manages external vendors, consultants, and learning platforms as applicable.

  • Provides coaching, guidance, and mentorship to team members and stakeholders. Ensures learning and development practices align with best practices, organizational values, and relevant compliance requirements.

  • Delivers executive-level presentations and recommendations to influence decision-making and drive adoption.

  • Manages the implementation and maintenance of disaster recovery plans and activities in assigned areas.Maintains current contact information for all employees in applicable areas and communicates with non-recovery employees during a disaster.

  • Typically requires 8+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training, including management experience.

  • Experience developing and implementing talent and learning strategy.

  • Proven track record of mentoring and coaching employees and teams to improve performance, develop skills, and achieve career goals.

  • Knowledge of leadership development and adult learning principles.

  • Strategic workforce planning and capability modeling experience.

  • Demonstrated skills in consulting and stakeholder influence.

  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, organize efficiently, establish priorities and attend to details.

  • Data analysis, analytics, and evaluation skills.

  • Proficient in learning technology, digital learning solutions and data-driven reporting for training effectiveness.

  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to develop and motivate others, delegate effectively and lead through change, ambiguity and conflict.

  • Exceptional executive communication and facilitation skills.

  • Experience managing vendors and budgets.

Base Pay Range:

$114,000-$156,750

The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.

Incentive Pay:

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
