Job Description
As a Partner Development, Associate Producer, you will play a key role in onboarding new suppliers and supporting the growth of existing ones. Your primary responsibility will be working in tandem with the Partner Development Coordinator in support of the Partner Development, Account Manager to build and maintain supplier offers on EBG's platforms, including managing build requirements, product pricing, and listing content.
You will serve as the primary support for the Partner Development Account Manager, helping to ensure the optimal performance of supplier products across EBG's platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adept at navigating backend systems, knowledgeable in website fundamentals, and able to respond quickly to changes to drive revenue growth and maximize client satisfaction.
Essential Functions
  • Provide support to the Partner Development Account Manager for assigned supplier needs.
  • Communicate internally to ensure partnership deliverables are met.
  • Build, update, and continually optimize new and existing product offers in EBG's proprietary backend system, including entering pricing, images, and offer copy.
  • Collaborate with the API Support team to maintain product offers, troubleshoot issues, and optimize website efficiency.
  • Support the management of product inventory as needed.
  • Conduct regular audits of EBG platforms to ensure offer accuracy, brand alignment, and adherence to best practices.
  • Perform market research to support the maintenance of EBG's competitive positioning.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to launch offers and execute campaigns.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in ticketing systems or the ticketing/travel industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications and various internet browsers.
  • Basic HTML proficiency (e.g., fonts, colors, spacing, links).
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Collaborative, goal-oriented team player who is resourceful and proactive.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Availability to work a 9am-6pm schedule, including onsite on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and other occasions as needed.
