  • Provide coordination and administrative support for global Associate Resource Groups, including scheduling, communications, and program tracking

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regional ARG leaders to stay informed on local priorities and activities, ensure consistent two-way communication, and drive alignment and connection across regions on global themes.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in learning & development, HR, program coordination, or a related role

  • Experience building and delivering, or supporting, learning programs (formal or informal)

  • Experience coordinating programs or projects with multiple stakeholders

  • Experience of working in a highly matrixed global environment preferred

Skills & Capabilities
  • Ability to design, curate, and structure learning content for diverse audiences

  • Strong facilitation skills or a clear interest in developing them

  • Strong organizational skills and comfortable managing complex logistics, scheduling (across global time zones), and program details

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify learning gaps, analyze root causes, and develop practical, scalable solutions
