Infant Assistant Teacher
Location: The Learning Experience - Milford, MA
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
Infant Assistant Teacher - Support Our Youngest Learners
The Learning Experience - Milford is seeking a nurturing Infant Assistant Teacher to help provide a safe, loving, and engaging environment for infants. Working alongside the Lead Teacher, you'll help children reach important developmental milestones while ensuring every baby receives individualized care and attention.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with infant care routines including feeding, diapering, and naps
  • Support sensory activities and early learning experiences
  • Help maintain a clean and organized classroom
  • Build positive relationships with children and families
  • Work collaboratively with the Lead Teacher
  • Follow all health, safety, and licensing standards

Qualifications
  • Previous childcare experience preferred
