Internship Overview   

Springs Window Fashions is looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our Dealer Team! The Dealer Business Operations & Analytics Internship provides an exciting opportunity to assist the team with project support while providing valuable work experience related to your chosen field of study. Our paid internship program is known for having in-depth, challenging project work with cross-functional teams, as well as professional development, job shadowing and other growth opportunities. 

About the Role

We're seeking a strategic and analytical intern to help support our dealer experience programs. This role is ideal for someone passionate about partner growth, data-driven decision-making, and creative program design. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business analytics, dashboard development, reporting, process documentation, and communications that enhance the operational efficiency and customer experience. 

Internship Projects and Responsibilities

  • Support the development and maintenance of Concierge team dashboards and reporting tools in Smartsheet.
  • Create account scorecards and performance reports for Concierge representatives.
  • Analyze sales data to identify product attachment trends and business opportunities.
  • Generate monthly opportunity lists highlighting missed milestones and account growth potential.
  • Maintain and enhance Inside Sales communications, presentations, and training materials.
  • Assist in documenting processes and developing SOPs and work instructions to improve operational efficiency.
