Job Title: Employee Relations Associate
​Location: Jersey City, NJ 07310 (Hybrid)
​Duration: 6 months of contract

​Po​sition Overview​:
The Contingent Worker assignment in Employee Relations (ER) will support a wide variety of cases and investigations and contribute to projects designed to mitigate risk, support business objectives, and promote a healthy work environment. These projects will include analysis of case trends and other data, assisting with automation of standard processes and the use of AI, and executing administration that furthers the organization’s ER strategy.
​Responsibilities​:
Support and manage a variety of Employee Relations projects, including:
Cases/Investigations​:
* Support investigations by taking interview notes
* Write interview and case summaries
* Prepare documentation
* Update the ER Tracker
​Technology​:
* Proactively partner to monitor and improve system functionality
* Contribute to the process for onboarding and utilizing a new technology vendor
​Reporting and Analytics​:
* Contribute to required ER reporting
* Analyze case trends and external developments
* Prepare and analyze project data using Microsoft Excel

Standard Processes​:
* Administer ADA accommodations and other requests
​Communication​:
* Prepare presentations and other materials using Microsoft Office tools
* Deliver information to HR partners and other stakeholders as needed

* Perform general Employee Relations administration

* Demonstrated flexibility, learning agility, and adaptability
* Ability to learn new technology quickly
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
