Job Description
ProSidian Seeks a Lean Six Sigma Expert (Contract Contingent) located In Fort Lee, VA (or surrounding area)  "to support an engagement for Contract Lifecycle Management on behalf of A Federal Government Agency. 
The ProSidian Engagement includes but is not limited to Management & Operations Consulting related to non-personal service in support to Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) for contract lifecycle management processes to conduct prototyping and development of automated tools as indicated by re-engineered process operational requirements. 
This is a non-personal services contract to provide support to Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) of up to 200 contract lifecycle management processes, and to conduct prototyping and development of automated tools as indicated by re-engineered process operational requirements. Contract lifecycle management documentation will define a subset of requirements for agile development of A Federal Agency's Integrated Workload Management System (IWMS) in support and execution of A Federal Agency Contract Management Office (CMO) responsibilities.
This project focuses efforts on support to BPR such as LEAN analysis and process efficiencies at CMOs while developing automation necessary to implement changes or improvements in governance, process, and procedures.
This is Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 Position and ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 position with commensurate benefits and competitive salary.  The ideal  / Lean Six Sigma Expert (Contract Contingent)  has the appropriate skill sets, education, work experience and work quantity to successfully meet all the requirements of this basic IDIQ and all awarded TOs on behalf of The ProSidian Engagement Team.
The following are examples of what the ProSidian and The Client would consider personnel and the skills, and education and work experience that could be required in order to be successful:
Qualifications
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: A Bachelor's Degree is desired in a work-related field/discipline from an accredited college or university. Lean certification strongly preferred.  Six Sigma certification desired.  Advanced understanding of lean principles, systems, methods & tools, gained through direct, hands-on experience in gemba.
Ability to act as both a thought leader and operational expert in lean management systems, methods & tools. Ability to act as both a thought leader and operational expert in lean management systems, methods & tools.  Work Experience should include operational experience in Government or industry and a minimum of three years of directly related work experience, as an advanced lean practitioner, and with managing projects and studies.  
The primary responsibility is leading the Performance Excellence Department to drive results-oriented, value based improvements in key strategic areas to support ProSidian Engagement Teams.  Participate in performance improvement initiatives as a team member, facilitator, or subject matter expert. Lean Six Sigma certified (Green belt or higher).
