Job description

About Gameday Men's Health

Gameday Men's Health is the Man Cave for Men's Health. Founded in Southern California, we are one of the fastest-growing men's health franchise networks in the country with 400+ locations across the U.S. and Canada. We specialize in Testosterone Replacement Therapy, Sexual Wellness & Erectile Dysfunction, Weight Loss, Peptide Therapy, Hair Loss, Anti-Aging & Longevity, and Sports Injury Recovery.

Our clinics are built differently — leather chairs, flat-screen TVs, hardwood floors, sports memorabilia. We run lean, stay efficient, and deliver a concierge-level experience that keeps men coming back. Our on-site lab returns testosterone levels in 30 minutes. We operate cash-pay only. No insurance. Just results.

We're looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is clinically excellent, sales-driven, and ready to lead a clinic.

The Role

This is not a passive clinical position. The right candidate is the heartbeat of the clinic. You are the primary provider, the lead closer, and the standard-setter for patient experience. You will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and confidently guiding men through purchasing decisions on TRT, ED treatments, peptide therapy, weight loss programs, and more.

If you believe excellence is non-negotiable, take full ownership of your outcomes, and are energized by the idea of building something — this role was designed for you.

What You'll Do

Clinical Care & Patient Experience

  • Serve as the primary clinical provider under the supervision of our Medical Director, delivering personalized, high-quality care across all Gameday service lines
  • Evaluate patients for Low T, ED, weight management, hair loss, and anti-aging concerns and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Prescribe and administer Testosterone Replacement Therapy, peptide protocols, weight loss programs, ED treatments, vitamin therapy, and related services
  • Administer intramuscular and PRP injections with precision and confidence

Sales & Patient Conversion — This Is a Core Responsibility

  • Serve as the clinic's primary revenue driver through patient consultation and confident, patient-first sales conversations
  • Educate patients on the full menu of Gameday services and guide them toward treatment plans that genuinely fit their goals
  • Overcome objections with knowledge, empathy, and conviction; this requires someone who is persuasive and understands that selling great care is a service, not a pitch
  • Maintain and grow membership retention through strong patient relationships and consistent follow-through

Clinic Operations & Leadership

  • Run a tight, organized clinic. For instance, charting must be accurate, timely, and thorough; if it isn't documented, it didn't happen
  • Partner with the General Manager and Medical Assistants to maintain smooth daily operations, high morale, and a collaborative environment
  • Take ownership of clinical compliance with all federal, state, and local requirements. You set the standard, and the team follows your lead
  • Field patient and staff concern with urgency and professionalism
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership to align clinic goals and growth initiatives

You Will Succeed If

You pursue excellence relentlessly in your clinical work, your documentation, your patient interactions, and your numbers. You don't wait to be managed; you own your lane completely and hold yourself to a higher standard than anyone around you would. You're humble enough to keep learning, coachable enough to adapt, and growth-driven enough to never settle for yesterday's best.

You show up for your team. You understand whether this clinic wins together or not at all and you bring that all-in energy every single day. And above everything, you operate with integrity: with patients, with colleagues, and with business. Patient outcomes and clinic performance are not in conflict here.

Qualifications

Required

  • NP or PA degree from an accredited program
  • Active, unrestricted medical license in good standing in Texas
  • Active DEA Certificate and Controlled Substance Registration (or eligibility)
  • No current or pending malpractice lawsuits
  • Proven ability to sell, consult, and close.
  • Strong charting discipline and clinical organizational skills; ability to independently manage patient flow and documentation
  • Comfortable discussing and prescribing TRT, ED treatments, peptides, and weight loss protocols

Strongly Preferred

  • Experience in men's health, hormone therapy, concierge medicine, or a cash-pay clinical environment
  • Track record of hitting revenue or patient growth targets
  • Experience managing or leading a clinical team
  • Pellet insertion and/or Botox experience a plus

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary
  • Monthly performance bonuses based on personal and clinic results
  • DEA Registration, Texas state license, and medical malpractice insurance — 100% covered by Gameday
  • Paid onboarding training
  • A high-performance culture where your effort is visible and your results are rewarded
