At Chick-fil-A South Loop, the team member role is more than just a job, it's an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Operator, team members gain life experience that goes far beyond just serving a great product in a friendly environment. Chick-fil-A South Loop is a great opportunity for people of all ages and backgrounds, and no experience is necessary.

Breading Table Team Memberis a crucial part of our operation. It is a fast-paced position that requires a person to perform at a high level. You will be required to lift 50lbs or more consistently.

Pay : $16.50/hr, 40 hrs a week

General Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting our standards
  • Assist in keeping the kitchen clean, hygienic and tidy, at all times
  • Setting up Breading Table by Chick-fil-A Standards
  • Preparing Milk Wash everyday
  • Fileting and Breading Chicken in accordance with Lean Fileting and Lean Cooking
  • Be the main person breading chicken during peak times
  • Stocking Thawing Cabinets, and Breading Table using First In, First Out method
  • Duties are not limited to the above tasks

ScheduleRequirements

  • Available to work Monday through Saturday
  • Must work at least 40 hours a week.
  • Able to work as early as 5:30 am & late as 11 pm
  • Must be able to close at least 4 nights a week

Job Requirements

  • Be able to communicate with co-workers and leads effectively
  • Stand for long periods of time
  • Requires lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs
  • Requires filleting and hand breading of product
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
  • Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace-hustle is a must!
