• Provide direct clinical services to individuals experiencing major mental health issues and severe emotional disorders, ensuring that all treatment is individualized and client-centered.
• Collaborate with team members to set and meet collective objectives, sharing responsibility for achieving improved outcomes.
• Engage effectively with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds, being respectful of different traditions and beliefs.

• Conduct risk assessments and crisis interventions, ensuring client safety while addressing immediate mental health needs.
• Design and implement comprehensive care plans that facilitate access to an array of support services, creating a seamless continuum of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, therapy sessions, and care plans to ensure compliance and facilitate continuity of care.
• Participate in after-hours on-call coverage as necessary, providing additional support to clients in crisis.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives by participating in agency committees focused on service enhancement.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
• Expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment protocols relevant to the patient population served.
• Demonstrated competency in crisis management, risk assessment, and collaborative care planning.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Proficient organizational and planning skills to manage caseloads efficiently.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred, as it expands our ability to serve a diverse client base.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
