Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and meticulous Groundskeeper to join our facilities team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the landscapes, garden areas, and exterior spaces of our property. This role is vital to ensuring our grounds are visually appealing and safe for all visitors and staff.
Responsibilities:
Perform regular lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, and fertilizing.
Manage weed control and leaf raking.
Maintain flower beds, bushes, and trees.
Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment safely.
Assist with the setup and breakdown of outdoor events.
Ensure pathways and walkways are clear and safe.
Report any issues or hazards on the property immediately to management.
Requirements:
Previous experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance preferred.
Ability to operate groundskeeping equipment (e.g., lawn mower, leaf blower).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a high level of aesthetics.
Physically capable of performing labor-intensive tasks.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

El candidato ideal será responsable de mantener los jardines, áreas verdes y espacios exteriores de nuestras instalaciones. Este puesto es fundamental para garantizar que las áreas exteriores sean visualmente atractivas y seguras para todos los visitantes y el personal.
Responsabilidades:
  • Realizar el mantenimiento regular del césped, incluyendo cortar, bordear y fertilizar.
