Position Overview
The Franklin County Data Center (FCDC) is seeking an experienced Program Manager 5 to lead and manage highly complex technology initiatives supporting county-wide IT services and digital transformation efforts. The selected candidate will oversee project planning, budgeting, stakeholder management, resource coordination, risk management, and successful delivery of enterprise technology projects including application development, infrastructure modernization, cloud initiatives, and software refresh programs.
This is a fully onsite position in Columbus, Ohio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day operational leadership for assigned project teams.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate complex technology projects from initiation through implementation.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, and change control processes.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, resource estimates, budgets, schedules, status reports, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate activities across business, technical, and administrative teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between project teams, stakeholders, and customers.
  • Facilitate communication regarding project progress, risks, issues, and milestones.
  • Collaborate with business users to ensure solutions meet operational requirements.
  • Lead project planning sessions and coordinate stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to project team members.
