In this pivotal role you will:

  • Provide thought leadership on key talent management focus areas, such as annual performance review process, talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Design, develop, and support strategic talent management programs/projects.
  • Create or update talent management resources, communications, and training materials.
  • Assist in the configuration, administration, and support of the HCM talent management system modules.
  • Provide change management support for key talent initiatives.
  • Recommend talent solutions addressing the necessary adjustments using your change management, and exceptional influence, communication, and relationship skills.
  • Other projects as our team’s scope grows, and/or our business needs change.

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in talent management and leadership development
  • Experience building talent management programs and supporting resources.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Proactive attitude and drive for results
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM
