Our organization is experiencing incredible success this year (>100% growth!) and looking for a highly-driven and passionate Sales Representative to join us in the fun. As an outside sales and business-to-business sales role you will be able to enjoy the personal interaction and flexibility that most people are looking for right now. Training is provided for entry-level candidates who are driven and teachable enough to learn our business quickly. As a Sales Development Partner, you will:
Develop and execute strategies to grow your territory
Build strong relationships with business owners and partners
Provide businesses with benefit solutions that create real value
Continuously learn, grow, and develop your leadership abilities
Stay informed on industry trends and adapt strategies to stay competitive
3–5 years of success in sales OR leadership
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently while contributing to team success
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Health and Life Insurance Producer License (or willingness to obtain — license reimbursement available)
