Regalcare is a leading provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitation services across Massachusetts, known for quality care, strong outcomes, and trusted relationships. We are seeking an experienced, driven Regional Business Development Manager to support growth, strengthen referral partnerships, and elevate Regalcare’s presence throughout the region.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and referral sources

  • Drive admissions and census growth across assigned Regalcare facilities

  • Represent Regalcare professionally in the community and at networking events

  • Collaborate closely with Admissions, Clinical, and Executive teams

  • Track market trends, referral data, and performance metrics

  • Support strategic initiatives to expand market share and brand visibility
