Participants join as full-time associates,gaining broad exposure across the organization while being supported throughintentional development, mentorship, and a strong cohort experience.
Program OverviewTheFinance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is where early-career financetalent steps into the business-not just as analysts, but as trusted partners,problem-solvers, and future leaders. From day one, participants are placedclose to the work that matters: helping teams understand performance, evaluatetradeoffs, telling the story behind the numbers, and turning insights intoaction.
Theexperience is intentionally hands-on and highly connected. FLDP participantsrotate through meaningful assignments that build technical depth, businessacumen, and leadership confidence while also creating a strong sense ofcommunity through their cohort, mentors, leaders, and peers across Kohler. Itis a place to take ownership early, stretch into new challenges, and growthrough experiences that make a visible impact.
What You'll Do
  • Prepare financial reporting, forecasts, and monthly analysis that help leaders see the story behind the numbers and make informed decisions.
  • Partner with operating and functional leaders to understand business performance, identify trends, and turn financial analysis into practical recommendations.
  • Evaluate business cases and investment opportunities, including capital projects, product launches, marketing initiatives, and other priorities that shape Kohler's growth.
  • Drive process improvement and contribute to strategic projects by asking thoughtful questions, challenging assumptions, and helping teams move from insight to action.
  • Build broad finance capability across rotations while strengthening technical skills, business acumen, communication, and leadership confidence.

Program Structure & Experiences
Kohler'sLeadership Development Programs are designed as two-year, full-time rotationalexperiences that provide broad exposure to the business while acceleratingleadership readiness. Participants complete 3-4 cross-functional rotations,each lasting 6-8 months, where they contribute to impactful work aligned tobusiness priorities.
Beyondon-the-job experience, participants engage in a structured, enterprise-widedevelopment journey that includes:
  • A week-long immersive onboarding experience with their cross-functional cohort
  • Intentional semi-annual seminars and quarterly learning sessions throughout the program
  • Exposure to senior leaders and key stakeholders across the organization
  • Ongoing mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback
  • Opportunities to build community through a cohort-based experience and networking events

Theprogram culminates in a formal graduation experience, positioning participantsfor strategic placement into full-time roles aligned to their strengths,interests, and business priorities.
Skills/Requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Must have obtained a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with a major in Finance, Accounting, or related field no later than June 2026
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous finance or accounting internship experience.
  • Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and accountability through academic, internship, or extracurricular experiences.
  • Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and learning agility in team-based environments.

The salary range for this position is $62,350 - $77,950. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
