The Leadership Development Program (LDP) at Chick-fil-A Beaverton is more than a job—it's a structured leadership development experience designed to prepare high-potential individuals for leadership within one of the busiest and most respected restaurants in the quick-service industry.

You'll receive hands-on leadership experience, personalized coaching, and intentional development from our Directors and Executive Leadership Team while learning how to lead people, build healthy teams, and operate a high-performing business.
