These roles often focus on teaching leadership principles, fostering a culture of personal responsibility, and helping students develop social-emotional and life skills. Positions can include Leader in Me coordinators, teachers, or administrators who integrate the program into school curricula and culture. The goal is to empower students and staff to become proactive, goal-oriented leaders both academically and personally.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, motivational communication, and the ability to foster collaboration are crucial for engaging staff and students. These abilities ensure the successful adoption of the program, driving positive school culture and student development.
