***YOU MUST HAVE EXSTENSIVE PAST LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE WITH EITHER CHICK-FIL-A OR ANOTHER MAJOR BRAND COMPANY TO APPLY-- A Manager in Training is one who consistently demonstrates our core values, embraces the Chick-fil-A culture and has a servant’s heart. They have a passion for people and serving others, have strong character, take initiative and work with a sense of urgency at all times. Our Manager in Training is responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping yourself accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Managers two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and being a coach in any position. Managers lead by example and set the tone that others will follow with a positive attitude on the job.

  • Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
  • Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
