Job description

Senior HRIS Workday Analyst

Salary: Base $118K – $148K + bonus + equity

Why This Opportunity Stands Out:

  • Own and lead the evolution of Workday in a high-growth, globally recognized company
  • Work directly with HR, IT, and Finance leadership with strong visibility and influence
  • Build advanced analytics and data integrations that drive real business decisions
  • Exposure to modern HR tech stack (Workday, Snowflake/BigQuery, APIs, ETL tools)
  • Opportunity to design scalable systems from the ground up—not just maintain them
  • Be part of a mission-driven brand blending entertainment, innovation, and philanthropy
  • Competitive compensation with equity participation in a rapidly growing company
  • Strong benefits package including healthcare, 401k match, and flexible PTO
  • Relocation support and company-provided tech setup
Key Responsibilities for the Senior HRIS Engineer (Workday):
  • Own Workday architecture, configuration, and ongoing system optimization
  • Administer Core HCM including business processes, security, and calculated fields
  • Build and maintain integrations with systems like Greenhouse, Deel, and 15Five
  • Develop advanced reporting and analytics solutions (Prism, People Analytics)
  • Lead Workday releases including testing, deployment, and feature enhancements
  • Translate business needs into scalable system and reporting solutions
Qualifications for the Senior HRIS Engineer (Workday):
  • 5+ years of hands-on Workday administration experience
  • Strong expertise in Core HCM and related modules (Comp, Benefits, Time Tracking)
  • Experience with Workday integrations (APIs, Studio, EIB)
  • Proficiency in SQL and exposure to scripting (Python or JavaScript)
  • Experience with data pipelines/ETL tools and data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery)
  • Knowledge of Workday security architecture and IAM tools (e.g., Okta)
