About the Role

Total Wine & More is seeking a Video Producer & Editor to join our Marketing team in our Bethesda, MD office. This role is responsible for producing high-quality video content across multiple channels, with a primary focus on social media. As part of the in-house creative team, you will support marketing initiatives and other internal communications through compelling visual storytelling. In this role you will leverage technical video experience to independently execute shoots, manage post-production workflows, and deliver polished, on-brand content in a fast-paced environment. This role reports to the Creative Email, and Social Media Manager.

You will
  • Lead end-to-end video production by planning and executing studio and on-location shoots, directing on-camera talent, and ensuring high-quality video and audio capture across marketing and internal initiatives.
  • Plan and oversee the full post-production lifecycle by editing content, applying motion graphics, color correction, and sound design, and delivering polished assets optimized for multiple platforms and formats.
  • Oversee project execution and workflow management by maintaining timelines, managing multiple concurrent projects, and ensuring timely delivery of high-impact video content
  • Advise and collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate creative concepts into effective video solutions that support brand storytelling, marketing campaigns, and internal communications.
  • Lead continuous improvement of video production processes by establishing best practices, optimizing workflows, and managing media assets, file organization, and archiving standards. Capture high-quality video and audio optimized for social media, digital marketing, in-store displays, and internal communications, including setup, operation, and maintenance of video production equipment.
  • Direct on-camera talent including employees, partners/producers, and product-focused subjects.
  • Edit raw footage into polished, engaging video content using industry-standard workflows.
  • Collaborate with designers and channel partners to translate content ideas into effective video solutions, including the export and delivery of final assets while meeting all channel requirements.
You will come with
  • Bachelor's Degree in Film Production, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
  • 5-7 years of hands-on video production and post-production experience in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment, preferably in-house or agency
  • Experience producing content for social media platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.
  • Technical Skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Audition or similar audio editing tools
  • Hands-on experience operating professional video cameras, lighting setups, and audio equipment (lavaliers, shotgun mics, etc.)
  • Ability to apply or create branded video elements such as title animations, lower thirds, and motion graphic templates
  • Strong understanding of video production and delivery workflows including formats, frame rates, codecs, compression, color correction, closed captioning, and platform-specific optimization
  • Experience managing media libraries and working within shared storage environments
  • Proficiency using Mac-based operating systems
  • Experience supporting retail or product-focused productions
