Job description

Meets expected service delivery times as defined by department's service standards or as required by receiver of service or goods. Is a team player, cooperates with employees within the department as well as other departments. Speaks positively about the company, co-workers and guests.$33.99 per hour
Responsibilities
Ensures safe, efficient operation of all equipment relevant to boilers, chillers, pumps, life safety equipment, air handlers and emergency generators. Responsible for preventive and regular maintenance for all equipment. Applies operation procedures as required by State and Local codes. Performs water testing treatment for boilers and chillers. Maintains log of all equipment status and inventory of parts and material for repairs. Keeps equipment and assigned areas clean. Develops shift schedules for Stationary Engineers. The function of this position does not include the maintenance or operation of gamin g equipment. A security escort is required should these persons perform these functions in a restricted casino area.
Qualifications
High school diploma; certified boiler operator with minimum Blue Seal High Pressure License. Complete working knowledge of all the mechanical and electrical component parts of the systems required. Supervisory and communication skills. Five years boiler operation and experience operating large tonnage air conditioning chillers. Must possess a valid New Jersey driver's license. NJ CER LICENSE REQUIRED
