Job description

Job Title: Lead Specialist
Location: Green Bay, WI
Department: Recruiting
Reports To: Director of Recruiting
Manages Employees: No
Type of Position: Full time
Exempt Status: Nonexempt
Snapshot of Opportunity: Key position with the objective of effectively supporting the recruiters and Director of Recruiting. The lead specialist will be calling leads as they come in communicating open roles and pushing to convert leads to full applications. The specialist will be accountable for pushing driver leads/applicants to the recruiters with maximum efficiency to streamline the hiring process.
Skills Required for Success:
Decisiveness: Have the ability to put things into perspective, weigh all your options, assess all relevant information and anticipate the consequences, good and bad. Have the ability to know who can help you reach a solution.
  • Communication: Ability to adjust your tone/style according to your audience, ability to explain complex issues both internally and externally. Enjoy talking to a diverse set of personalities and selling jobs efficiently.
  • Time Management: Have the ability to manage your time to efficiently prioritize tasks while adopting an attitude to take on new tasks and deadlines.
  • Self-Motivation: Having a positive attitude and the initiative to work without constant supervision.
  • Teamwork: working for our common goal, knowing when to be a leader and when to be a listener. Ability to be perceptive along with receptive to others needs and responsibilities.
  • Conflict Resolution: Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish a rapport with others, know how to be persuasive with the ability to stay calm.
  • Computer Expertise: Must be proficient in Microsoft software; Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Essential Functions:
  • Learn and become an expert in TenStreet
  • Calling and emailing all incoming leads daily to convert to full applications
  • Understanding and communicating full job details for all open jobs to leads.
  • Work all applications to ensure proper hiring area, age, qualifications.
  • Monitor and distribute apps from recruiter placeholder- triage all leads/apps-DQ or distribute.
  • Answer and process Recruiting phone calls and voicemails.
  • Monitor Leads and active job openings.
  • Bulk reassigning leads/ applications
  • Bulk messages for new jobs within TenStreet
  • General Tenstreet Cleanup: Ensure all worklist hidden apps are in a disposition status, Run reports for Manager on candidate reporting, lead volume, disposition status, inconsistencies

Education and experience requirements:
  • Associate's Degree
