Our service and solution delivery starts with understanding each client’s end-state, and then seamlessly integrating within each Agency’s organization to improve and enhance business and technical operations and deployments.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs full-stack secure web development including front-end user interfaces, business logic, and data layers.
  • Partners with UX analysts to create effective end-user experiences.
  • Collaborate with testers and QA analyst to ensure products are of high quality and fit for use and intended purpose.
  • Participates in the strategic decisions about technology, definition, and implementation of the software products.
  • Execute software development projects to include, ensuring that projects are completed on time and according to quality standards, facilitating communication upward and across project team including project status, justifications for variances and technical information.
  • Estimates and prioritizes and tasks using Jira with the assistance of architects and managers.
  • Monitors technology trends such as AI-assisted development
  • Creates web applications and components from the requirements stage, through design, to production deployment.
  • Possesses a thorough knowledge of programming and server software operations.
  • Designs and implements reusable components for rapid application development

Skills:

  • Strong customer service and communications skills, both oral and written
  • Strong critical thinking skills that facilitate expedient problem solving
  • Expert in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue
  • Proficient in backend development using Active Server Pages (ASP.NET), C#, Javascript
  • Experience with Sitecore Content Management System (CMS) and web development best practices for secure DoD environments
  • Experience with SQL, database design, schema development, and backend logic
  • Skilled in developing responsive, accessible, and scalable web applications
  • Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and solve complex issues efficiently
  • Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring development teams and collaborating with stakeholders
  • Should have experience with agile development methodologies and be able to lead project planning, estimation, and tracking efforts
  • Familiarity with MVC5 framework, PWAs, or mobile apps a plus

Required Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years progressive experience in the use and deployment of mobile applications
  • 4 yr degree in and IT or math related field/or equivalent years of experience
  • Current active IAT II certification with related web development Computing Environment (CE) certification(s) to comply with DoD 8570 and DoD 8140.03 requirements
  • Primary work locations in Tacoma, WA, Auroa, CO, San Antonio, TX, and Falls Church, VA. Remote work may be considered in special cases when approved by the customer.
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Experience working within Military Health environments is a plus

In addition, U.S Citizenship is required. Select applicants will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and be able to obtain a government-granted security clearance. Individuals may also be subject to a background investigation including, but not limited to criminal history, employment and education verification, drug testing, and creditworthiness.
