Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled React Native Developer with strong hands-on experience in React Native, ReactJS, and mobile application development to build and enhance large-scale digital customer experience platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience developing high-performance web and mobile applications, collaborating directly with business stakeholders, gathering requirements, translating business needs into technical solutions, and delivering scalable solutions with development teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hands-on development using React Native and ReactJS to design, build, and enhance responsive web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate directly with business stakeholders and clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Analyze business needs, define technical solutions, and work with development teams to deliver high-quality applications.
  • Design and develop scalable, high-performance mobile applications supporting digital customer experiences.
  • Develop reusable components, implement best practices, and optimize application performance across platforms.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, UX/UI, marketing, IT, and backend teams.
  • Support architecture decisions and contribute to technical solutions for complex application challenges.
  • Integrate mobile and web applications with backend services, APIs, and enterprise systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform debugging, and ensure application reliability and performance.
  • Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to development team members.

Required Qualifications:
